Christie and Beth
Christie is the Hospital Manager and Beth is the Hospital Coordinator. Christie is responsible for making sure the hospital operates smoothly. She also works closely with the Doctors and Staff to ensure we provide the best veterinary care possible. Beth assists Christie and manages our inventory to make sure we have all the necessary products for your pet.
Betsy, Lisa and Rebecca
Betsy, Lisa, Rebecca, and Joyce are Registered Veterinary Technicians here at St. Joe. Registered Veterinary Technicians serve the role in veterinary medicine that registered nurses do in human medicine. They apply their professional skills in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, laboratory testing, patient nursing, and client education. Betsy and Rebecca both have a special interest in assisting pets that have special behavior needs. They also teach puppy classes here at the hospital.
Joyce
Michelle and Megan
Michelle and Megan are both Veterinary Assistants. They are trained to help in the exam rooms, assist with patient's treatments, run lab tests, take X-rays, fill prescriptions, and perform many more routine but very important tasks. Michelle is currently taking classes online through Purdue University to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.
Missy and Jen
Missy and Jen are both Client Relations Specialist. Together their primary role is to provide excellent client service while creating a warm and compassionate environment for you and your pets. Not only do they take your calls and greet you with a smile, but they are knowledgeable enough to answer many of your pet care questions too! They both enjoy getting to know all of our clients and their pets. Our Client Relations Specialist strive to be the friendliest and most helpful people you will meet all day!
Mark and Kelly
Mark and Kelly are both dog groomers. They both attended the Paragon School of Pet Grooming in Jenison, Michigan. Paragon is considered by many to be one of the finest grooming schools in the country. Our grooming services include: 2 complete shampoos and rinses using the Hydrosurge Bathing System, velocity drying, complete brush out, shaving pads and sanitary areas, cleaning/plucking ear canals, and nail trimming. They will work with you to determine the cut and style that works best for your pet.
Erica, Rachel, and Tabitha
Erica, Rachel, Tabitha, and Steve are the Kennel Support and Hospital Support Staff. They do a great job taking care of all the boarding patients and making them feel at home. Their primary job is to keep your pet happy, exercised, clean, and comfortable during their stay here. They also assist with hospitalized patients and maintain the cleanliness of the hospital.
