Dr. Hannah Peralez

***Beginning October 1st, 2026***

Dr. Peralez earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2019 before going on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University West Lafayette in 2024.

She is a Certified Feline Friendly Veterinarian with special interests in feline internal medicine and heart disease. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is collaborating with pet parents to develop individualized, patient-focused treatment plans.

Outside of work, Dr. Peralez enjoys exploring nature with her family, reading, and making crafts with her daughters. She is excited to begin this next chapter in her veterinary career and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and their families.
