Dr. Jennifer Stresemann

Dr. Streseman joined our team in November 2021. She grew up in Fort Wayne and has been practicing veterinary medicine here since graduating from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. For the first part of her career she focused on Emergency and Critical Care Medicine. As a result, she is passionate about  helping sick and injured pets. Dr. Stresemann is a Fear Free Certified Veterinarian and strives to make every pet’s trip to the veterinarian a positive experience. Dr. Stresemann also contributes her time to Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control where she helps provide surgical and medical care to stray and adoptable animals. In addition, she is a Veterinary Forensics Expert and contributes veterinary medical knowledge for their cases of animal cruelty and neglect. Dr. Stresemann’s family consists of her husband Adam, and children Evan and Claire. Their family also consists of many animals: Cubby the Pomeranian, Dottie the cat, Maxwell a thoroughbred horse, Archie the palomino horse, S’more and wimpy the guinea pigs, multiple fish, and ducks. Outside of work, Dr. Stresemann enjoys being with her family, exercising, riding her horses, reading, and traveling.
