Kim joined our team in December 2014. She graduated from Purdue University in 2014. She was also a lead keeper at Black Pine Animal Sanctuary where she worked with big cats, primates, bears, small cats, wolves, and many other species! Her favorite part of the job is getting to work with her AMAZING coworkers! She has a special interest in animal behavior. She also works with Canine Rehab at NIVES. Outside of work, Kim likes to spend time with friends and family, visit other zoos and sanctuaries, tap dancing, and going to Cedar Point! Her extended family consists of her cats, Freddy and Eggsy and Payton who has unfortunately passed.
